Obtained from selected Italian almonds, this extract is distinguished by a particularly rich, soft, and gourmand olfactory profile, capable of evoking the complexity of natural almond far beyond traditional reconstructions based on benzaldehyde. Its aroma combines nuances of sweet almond, almond paste, delicate marzipan, and nut cream, accompanied by subtle lactonic and praline-like facets that contribute to its remarkable realism and depth.

Thanks to its high olfactory naturalness and extraordinary versatility, Almond Nat Pro opens new creative possibilities in the construction of contemporary gourmand, oriental, and dessert-inspired accords, offering perfumers a raw material with an authentic and distinctive character.

 

PERFUMERY

In perfumery, Almond Nat Pro is used to build and enrich almond, gourmand, oriental, and praline accords, to which it imparts a particularly natural and three-dimensional olfactory dimension.

Unlike traditional almond reconstructions, often dominated by very linear marzipan facets, this extract provides a more complete interpretation of the raw material, combining sweetness, creaminess, and aromatic depth. This characteristic makes it particularly interesting for the creation of sophisticated and contemporary gourmand accords.

From a formulation perspective, it shows excellent affinity with benzaldehyde, heliotropin, coumarin, ethyl maltol, tonka bean, sulfurol, and amber materials, helping to create highly realistic marzipan, amaretto, praline, dessert, and oriental gourmand accords.

It can be used both as a characterizing material and as a supporting ingredient to enhance the naturalness, roundness, and richness of gourmand accords. Its ability to evoke authentic almond also makes it a raw material of particular interest for artistic and high-end perfumery.
