Shipping policy

1. ORDER SHIPPING

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order processing and preparation usually take 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected courier:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days (including islands)

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days (where available)

The above times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, as possible delays may result from external causes (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other logistical issues).

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the total weight of the order,

  • the destination, and

  • the chosen delivery method.

Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website or in the cart before payment.

 

4. TRACKING

All shipments are trackable.
Customers receive a tracking link via email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.
LINDENII AROMA is not responsible for any temporary malfunctions or delays in third-party tracking systems.

5. LIABILITY AND SHIPPING RISKS

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
LINDENII AROMA cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping service.

In case of a damaged or tampered package, the customer must:

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to local regulations.
LINDENII AROMA is not liable for any customs delays or holds.

7. FAILED DELIVERY

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, recipient not available, unclaimed package), it may:

  • be returned to the sender, or

  • be destroyed by the courier after the holding period expires.

In such cases, the customer may be charged for reshipping or return costs.
