DESCRIPTION
Oakwood Absolute is a noble and complex raw material with a deep, woody and earthy scent enriched by rich ambery, smoky and balsamic nuances.
Extracted from the wood and bark of Quercus robur, it is one of the most evocative and masculine essences in artisanal perfumery, bringing body, elegance and longevity to fragrances.
Its warm and structured aroma evokes the strength of the forest and the charm of aged wood, making it ideal for oriental, woody and chypre creations, as well as for modern and refined compositions with a bold character.
PERFUMERY
In natural perfumery, Oakwood Absolute is used as a base note for its remarkable ability to provide warmth, complexity and fixation to formulations.
Its rounded, resinous scent, touched with smoky and ambery facets, enriches woody, leathery, oriental and fougère fragrances, adding depth and endurance. It pairs beautifully with vetiver, patchouli, labdanum, tobacco, vanilla and amber, creating rich and sensual accords.
A raw material that imparts strength and olfactory maturity, making fragrances unique, elegant and enveloping, with a natural and sophisticated character.
Oakwood Absolute is highly viscous and is offered diluted at 50% in Natural TEC to ease its handling. Also available at 10% in Natural TEC for more practical dosing and better olfactory diffusion.
